Digital Book Return & Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of digital books, audio companions, downloadable materials, and member-access content are final and non-refundable.
Upon purchase, customers receive immediate access to digital content. Because digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or revoked after access has been granted, refunds cannot be issued for change of mind, accidental purchases, failure to read the product description, lack of use, or personal preference.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased content, please contact The Echo Classroom. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access-related issues and ensure you receive the content included with your purchase.
Physical Book Return & Refund Policy
Due to the specialized educational nature of our products, all sales of physical books are considered final.
If your book arrives damaged, defective, or contains a manufacturing error, please contact The Echo Classroom within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the issue. Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement copy at no additional cost.
Refunds will not be issued for:• Change of mind• Accidental purchases• Failure to read the product description• Shipping delays outside of our control• Minor cosmetic variations associated with the printing process
Pre-orders may not be canceled once the order has entered production or fulfillment.
The Echo Classroom reserves the right to determine eligibility for replacement requests based on the information provided.
